40 at last!!!

39 was a strange age to be. It seems i spent the whole year being, "Nearly 40".

It's amazing the attention your 40th gets... especially from those either past the landmark or those dreading it themselves!

I'm glad the waiting is over. I am 40! Naughty 40 in fact... and proud of it!

The best thing about being 40, is the excuse to get your friends and family together for some fun... and that's what we did!

Have to mention that Dad was the only one to hit a Rounder (a Home Run!)

Then we headed off to the Hard Rock Cafe in Amsterdam...

After this we went to Bourbon Street to watch a Blues/Rock band called Rain Experience. They were great and we eventually made it back home around 3am... all except Daphne, Debbie, Colin and Kev who decided to walk home after a brief visit to a Coffee-shop!

They got in around 5am!
